António Portugal & Manuel Maria Reis

António Portugal was born in Murtosa in 1965. He studied at the Faculty of Architecture, The University of Oporto (FAUP) and graduated in 1990. Manuel Maria Reis was born in Marco de Canaveses in 1960. He studied at FAUP and graduated in 1994. They work together in Porto since 1990. Among the prizes they have received in architecture competitions are: Silver Medal - Bienal Miami+Beach 2005, EUA; High Commendation, AR Awards for Emerging Architecture 2005; Finalist Portugal - II Enor Awards for Architecture 2006, Spain; and João de Almada Award 2006 - 11th Edition, Portugal. Their work has been exhibited and published in Portugal, Spain, France, England, Italy, USA, Brazil, Chile, China and Japan.
