Fritz Auer was born in Tübingen, Germany in 1933. Studied at the Technische Hochschule Stuttgart (1953–1962). Carlo Weber was born in Saarbrücken, Germany in 1934. Studied at the Technische Hochschule Stuttgart (1953–1961). Scholarship Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux Arts, Paris (1959–1960). Diploma from Technische Hochschule Stuttgart (1961).They have worked together since 1976 at the Behnisch & Partner architectural partnership, to which the two architects belonged from 1966 to 1979, and founded the office Auer+ Weber in 1980. Their wide-ranging projects include city planning, housing, residential, education, research, culture and sports.
