Gigon / Guyer

Annette Gigon was born in 1959, in Herisau Switzerland. She received her degree from ETH Zurich in 1984, and worked 1984–1985 for Marbach & Rüegg Architects, Zurich, 1985–1988 for Herzog & de Meuron Architects, Basel, and 1987–1989 as a self-employed architect. Since 1989 architectural partnership with Mike Guyer. Visiting professor at EPFL 2001–2002. Mike Guyer was born in 1958 in Columbus, Ohio. He received his degree from ETH Zurich in 1984, and worked 1984–1987 for OMA / Rem Koolhaas, Rotterdam, 1987–1988 as teaching assistant for Hans Kollhoff, ETH Zurich, and 1987–1989 as a self-employed architect. Since 1989 architectural partnership with Annette Gigon. Visiting professor at EPFL in 2002.
