Marwan Al-Sayed

Born in Baghdat, Iraq and went to high school in Tangier, Morocco, and Carbondale, Colorado. Received a Bachelor of Art and Architectural History in Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, New York in 1983 and a Master of Architecture, Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture in New York in 1986. He has worked in the office Steven Holl, Rafael Vinoly and Tod Williams / Billie Tsien. Since 1997, Principal of Marwan Al-Sayed Architects.
He was a Faculty Associate of the Graduate and Undergraduate Architecture Design Studio at Arizona State University from 1994 to 1998.
