Michael Boucher
He has enjoyed over 20 years of experience in landscape architecture. Born and raised in eastern Maine, he received his M.A. in Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 1985, following undergraduate studies at the Universities of Maine and Massachusetts. Michael has served in various capacities in well established design firms in Portland, Maine, Cambridge, Massachusetts and Seattle, Washington. His experience ranges from residences to public and private schools, universities, urban design, park design, and land planning. Michael founded his firm in 1994, commencing a series of ongoing collaborations with many widely heralded and published architecture firms, including the team assembled for Private Resort. His firm is involved in challenging projects located throughout the northeastern, midwestern, southwestern US, and in Maritime Canada.
