Allies and Morrison Bob Allies and Graham Morrison have established Allies and Morrison in 1984, following their success in the competition for the redesign of the public space at the Mound, Edinburgh. Completed commissions which have won RIBA Awards include the new British Embassy in Dublin; the Rosalind Franklin Building for Newnham College Cambridge; and Abbey Mills Pumping Station for Thames Water. Recently completed buildings include: the London School of Contemporary Dance; a major extension to the Horniman Museum; and the Newsroom, the Guardian and Observer archives. The practice is now working on a wide range of commissions including new headquarters for the BBC at White City; the restoration of the Royal Festival Hall and masterplans for the redevelopment of major brownfield sites at Kings Cross and Cricklewood in London.
