Périphériques Anne-Françoise Jumeau was born in 1962, Fontainebleau. Graduated from school of architecture, Paris-Villemin in 1987. Graduated from school of landscape, Versailles in 1996. Established Jumeau+Paillard in 1990. Louis Paillard was born in 1960, Paris. Graduated from Ecole Boulle (design) in 1982 and from school of architecture, Paris-la-Villette in 1988. Together with architects D. Trottin and E. Marin they founded the office Périphériques architects in 1998. Currently they work under the name of Périphériques architects in two different offices, sometimes alone and sometimes together. Won the Europan 3 competition for young architects in Europe in 1994. Have own magazine of architecture (IN-EX) and publish books of architecture with Birkhaüser publisher. Major projects of Périphériques include the Cafe-Musiques in Savigny (1999), Social Housing Europan in Lievin (2000), Factory in Gacé (2001), Concert hall Nouveau Casino in Paris (2001),Concert hall in Pantin (2003), etc. |
