Worked 1984–1988 at Atelier Peter Zumthor in Haldenstein. In 1988 established office with Andrea Deplazes. Since 2000 Professor at Accademia Architettura, Mendrisio. Partnership of Bearth & Deplazes AG in 2001. Since 2003 guest professor at University of Sassari, Italy. Andrea Deplazes was born in Chur in 1960. Studied under Prof. Fabio Reinhardt at ETH Zurich and graduated with Diploma in 1988. Since 1997 Professor at Architektur + Konstruktion ETH Zurich. Daniel Ladner was born in Schiers in 1959. Graduated from Abendtechnikum HTL Chur with Diplomat in 1988. Worked 1990–1994 at Valentine Bearth and Andrea Deplazes office. 1995–2000 partner of Valentine Bearth and Andrea Deplazes office. Partnership of Bearth & Deplazes AG in 2001.
