This is a collective housing project with 100 units. The building is a low-rise volume that is almost the same shape as the site. By raising it one floor above ground level, a piloti area was created that provides access to each of the units. The residences are similar to row houses, with no other tenants living above. Each unit is two or three stories high.

This design incorporates several grids into the plan at different angles that run parallel to the surrounding roads, the railway lines and the train station plaza. The various grids are gently integrated into each other with curved and winding lines. This multiple grid system gives rise to units with diverse individual forms and is intended to provide each residence with independence, privacy and variety.
