This is a complex comprised of a citizen hall, library, gallery and theater. Facilities of completely differing functions are interspersed and covered by an enormous glass box. But wind passes through the louvered roof, and at times eaven rain enters - this idea will hereafter appear in multifarious forms, for example in the Nishi Fire Station, Hiroshima.
